QUALITY POLICY
The DGE of OMBG s.r.l. defines its ‘Quality Policy’ within the broader context of the company's overall strategy and market positioning.
The company's strategy is based on the following general principles:
Carrying out its activities with a view to achieving real and lasting results
Delivering products that meet the highest quality standards
Focusing on the education and training of the human resources that make up its production core, in order to enhance the overall professional culture and create an efficient working group.
Placing a product on the market that meets eco-sustainability requirements in terms of construction materials, raw materials, packaging and components
Monitoring its context, the status of risks and opportunities, and the needs of stakeholders
To this end, it defines its quality policy in its commitment to pursuing full customer satisfaction and improving its performance by aiming to: • meet customer expectations, even if not expressed;
• comply with applicable standards and specifications;
• meet the requirements of: suitability for use, performance, safety and reliability throughout their development
• meeting the needs of society, in particular, the protection of the environment, health, and safety of people and property;
• the evolution of the corporate culture towards total quality within the company.
To this end, OMBG s.r.l. has decided to:
• involve all staff through constant information and training activities;
• set up an organisational structure aimed at implementing the above;
• provide adequate equipment and resources suitable and appropriate to the company's situation
• exercise constant control over the implementation of the provisions of the Quality Manual;
• periodically review the compliance of the System with company policy and make the organisational and technical changes necessary to pursue this objective • periodically review the objectives by senior management, with the aim of continuously improving activities
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The General Management of OMBG s.r.l. has defined its ‘Environmental Policy’ within the broader context of the company's overall strategy and market positioning.
The company's strategy is based on the following general guidelines:
Maintain compliance with and respect for the provisions of the law, current environmental regulations and other internally agreed requirements; Pursue continuous improvement, focused on prevention and reduction of the environmental impact and pollution associated with its production activities. Identify and assess the environmental effects and risks due to accidents, potential accidents and emergency situations;
Monitoring its context, the status of risks and opportunities, and the needs of interested parties.
To this end, after conducting an in-depth environmental analysis of the production activities carried out within its sites, the general management of OMBG s.r.l. has identified priority areas for intervention and is committed to the following activities:
• maintaining the efficiency of its Environmental Management System, applying all the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 14001 standard and the provisions of the Environmental Management System Manual;
• disseminating this policy to all stakeholders – customers, suppliers, internal staff and the general public;
• continuously adapting to growing social and legislative requirements in the field of environmental protection, anticipating them where possible through adequate planning of activities and initiatives in this field;
• periodically reviewing the objectives by the general management, with the aim of continuously improving the management system;
• disseminating knowledge of environmental protection issues and related technical and organisational disciplines within the company
• promoting and raising awareness of “responsibility” among all employees towards environmental prevention and protection by implementing staff information and training programmes.
• making internal staff increasingly competent and aware of the application of company rules on environmental protection
• reduce water, electricity and natural fuel consumption, while respecting the minimum requirements of the processes
• increasingly reduce the use of substances deemed potentially hazardous
• research and use alternative construction materials that are increasingly respectful of the environment and human health, in compliance with European Community regulations such as Reach-Rohs, etc.
COMPANY SAFETY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
OMBG S.R.L., in line with its mission and corporate strategy, considers “QUALITY” to be the ability to provide products that meet the expectations of its customers and therefore considers it an essential element for the success of the organisation. but at the same time considers it essential not to separate the legitimate pursuit of profit from a strong commitment to society and, in particular, to the staff whose daily work enables the company to operate.
In this regard, OMBG S.R.L. has established the following values as the basis for its activities:

All this has led OMBG S.R.L. to make every effort and set specific objectives to ensure that its activities are carried out in full compliance with the following aspects:
• absolute rejection of any form of child labour, both within the company and in the supply chain
• prohibition of exposing children and young workers to dangerous, risky or harmful situations, both inside and outside the workplace
• guarantee that staff perform their work voluntarily and therefore without constraints
• guarantee of a healthy and safe working environment in accordance with the relevant legislation, with particular reference to careful risk assessment and management and an adequate training and safety programme
• full respect for freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
• Absolute rejection of any form of discrimination
• Absolute rejection of disciplinary practices that do not respect the physical, moral and emotional integrity of the worker and, for this reason, the Management does not allow disciplinary practices contrary to fundamental human rights, either internally or in its supply chain
• Guarantee of working hours and wages in line with national and local labour regulations
• implementation of a process of continuous improvement of the performance of its safety and social responsibility system, in order to eliminate any shortcomings identified and to remain in constant harmony with the needs of its workers
• involvement of suppliers and sub-suppliers in the process of adapting this policy
• the contents of this social policy become a given for the entire supply chain
• Achieving and maintaining (through the best possible technologies) the highest safety standards to protect the health and safety of people
• Complying with current regulations and laws, as well as the requirements of current legislation on accident prevention and protection and hygiene at work
• Constantly monitoring its safety system by involving all the designated functions (competent doctor, prevention and protection service manager and workers' representative)
• Commit to achieving concrete and continuous results based on collaboration, self-control and the empowerment of all workers
• Train and raise awareness among all employees on the correct use of machinery, personal protective equipment and possible risks through procedures, instructions and other information channels deemed effective
